Refund Policy

At Besos Design Studio, your satisfaction is important to us! Because each of our products is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please read the full policy below to understand your options and our process.
 

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size, color, or design selection by the customer

  • Shipping delays outside our control

Please double-check your design choices and shipping information before completing your order.


2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives with one of the following issues, we’ll gladly replace or refund the item:

  • Item is damaged during shipping

  • Item has a manufacturing defect (misprint, wrong size, etc.)

  • You received the wrong item


To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at besosdesignstudio@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the item and the issue

  • Describe the problem briefly

Once we review your request, we will let you know the next steps. If your claim is approved, we’ll issue a refund or send a free replacement.

 

3. Refunds (If Applicable)

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of the above and still have not received your refund, contact us at [your email address].

 

5. Cancellations

Because our products are made-to-order and production begins shortly after purchase, orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are submitted.

 

6. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders lost or delayed due to incorrect address input

  • Carrier delays

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received (please check with your local carrier)

If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist, including filing a claim with the carrier if possible.
